Legends Awaken (BP02): preorder prices, the card list so far, and what to trade before 30 October
October 8, 2026 · 4 min read
Legends Awaken is the second Palworld Official Card Game booster set, BP02, released worldwide on 30 October 2026 in English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. One hundred base cards plus parallel foils, seven cards a pack, twelve packs a box, and a new Legendary trait that limits a card to one copy per name in the base game. The first Legendary revealed is Jetragon, BP02-097, with a special parallel already confirmed. This page is read from live data: the box prices and the revealed card list below update as the import runs, and the "want it" column is collectors on tradecards.gg who have already put the card on a list.
Preorders: where things stand
Preorders opened on 12 June at the distributor-fed online retailers and the first allocations were gone within weeks. As of early October the pattern on r/PalworldTCG is a second round being asked for and some stores quietly relisting. The eBay prices above are what the box costs now from people who got in early; the retail price at release is expected around $55 for an English box where stock exists, with the Japanese box cheaper and in better supply.
Three things worth knowing before you pay a preorder premium. The second edition of BP01 ships in late October too, so sealed supply across the game loosens at the same time. Legends Awaken's print run was sized after the BP01 shortage, not before it. And a box opened on release day competes with everyone else's release-day boxes when you sell the extras, which is the point of the next section.
What to do in the next three weeks
Put the cards you want on a list now. The revealed cards are already in the catalogue here. Add the ones you are after to your want list today and the matcher will have demand waiting when the first binders are published on 30 October. Collectors who do this get the first offers; the ones who wait are trading into a market that has already paired off. The want counts in the table are the people ahead of you.
Publish your BP01 spares before the rush. The weeks after a release are when the previous set is cheapest, because everyone is selling extras to fund the new one. If you have BP01 doubles to move, the time to trade them is before 30 October, while the collectors who still need them have nothing else to open. Publish the binder as spare copies only and let the matcher find the gaps.
Decide what you are opening for. A box of Legends Awaken is a lottery for the Jetragon parallel and whatever else turns out to be chased. If you want particular cards, the singles will be a fraction of the boxes within two weeks of release. If you want to open packs, open them and trade the extras the same week, when demand is highest.
The cards so far
Twenty-five cards have been revealed to date, with Bushiroad posting new ones most weeks on its official channels. The table above lists every one in the catalogue with its number, rarity and how many collectors already want it. Jetragon, the Legendary, leads; Frostallion and Frostallion Noct follow, which says what the opening weeks' chase will be.
The full set list lands at release and every card gets its own page here the day it is in the catalogue, with the price once TCGplayer and eBay carry it and the collectors who have it and want it.
How prices will move
BP01 is the only precedent and it was a shortage. Singles below the chase tier fell about a fifth in the first two weeks as boxes were opened, the top parallels held, and sealed stayed far above retail until the restock. Legends Awaken has a bigger print run and the second edition of BP01 arriving alongside, so sealed should sit nearer retail and the mid-tier singles should fall faster. Chase parallels are the unknown, and the one thing that has held in this game so far. The movers page will show the week-one moves as they happen.
